Product Warranty and Installation Disclaimer

Product warranty

1. The product warranty from INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD is valid for a period of 2 years, starting from the day of delivered. This means that any defects or malfunctions in the product will be covered by the warranty for a duration of 2 years upon delivered date. 2. The warranty provided by INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD is applicable only to the faulty products or items provided by them. This means that if there are any defects or malfunctions in the products or items supplied by INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD only, they will be covered under the warranty. 3. The product warranty covers only malfunctions. We are not responsible for product misuse, damage caused by human misconduct, broken nozzle/gun, charger body and cables damage due to not following standard charging procedures, or damage resulting from ac cidents, accidents by human or natural causes. 4. The warranty provided by INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD will be void if any modifications or changes are made to the charger or any other items by a third party. This means that if unauthorized alterations are made to the products or items covered under the warranty by some one other than INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD, the warranty will no longer be valid. It is important to ensure that any modifications or changes are carried out by authorized personnel to maintain the warranty coverage.

Installation

1. Please note that if installation of the EV charger is carried out by an electrician or electrical company not recommended by us, INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by improper installation, including but not limited to overcurrent, electric shock, which cause the EV charger malfunction. Such cases will void the product warranty and any related claims will not be entertained.

2. INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD provides a separate warranty for the installation itself, which is valid for a period of 1 year. This means that any issues related to the installation, such as faulty cables, RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker), MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker), or Sub-distribution box installed by INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD, will be covered by this warranty for a duration of 1 year.

Others

1. The installation and product/s warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, natural disasters, or damage caused by any incidents or vehicle. This means that if the installation is damaged due to any of these factors, the warranty will not apply, and the responsibility for repairs or replacements will lie with the affected party
