These Online Credit Card Payment Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the online credit card payment service (the “Service”) provided by INFIUS IDEA SDN BHD (“INFIUS IDEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to our customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
**1. Payment Authorization**
By using the Service, you authorize INFIUS IDEA to charge your credit card for the amount specified by you when making a payment. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized cardholder or have obtained proper authorization from the cardholder to use the credit card for payment.

– INFIUS IDEA will use reasonable efforts to process payments promptly. However, we do not guarantee the availability of the Service at all times and are not responsible for any delays in payment processing.
– Payments made using the Service are considered as payments received on the date the transaction is confirmed by our payment processor.
